Finish the Fight
Gameloft, publisher of the critically acclaimed Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus, has recently released a teaser trailer announcing the release of N.O.V.A. 2, the sequel to last years well received first-person, sci-fi shooter -- N.O.V.A. Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance. Unfortunately, the new trailer reveals little on the much-anticipated sequel.
The original N.O.V.A. had stunningly detailed visuals, and from the trailer, N.O.V.A. 2 appears to make huge graphical improvements, including higher resolution textures and a larger amount of characters onscreen at once.

- The Halo vibe is still kickin'! -
N.O.V.A. 2 will retain the Halo-esque graphical style of its predecessor featuring futuristic space stations and lush forests. The campaign mode will continue the adventures of Kal Wardin, N.O.V.A.’s main protagonist, taking a more cinematic approach to storytelling with frequent scripted events and large-scale battles. New enemies, weapons, and drivable vehicles will debut, and hopefully an online multiplayer component like Modern Combat 2.
If the original N.O.V.A. and the recently released Modern Combat 2 are any indication, N.O.V.A. 2 promises to be the next blockbuster first-person shooter game for Apple devices (iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad).
