An RPG to Rule Them All
Aralon: Sword and Shadow is an ambitious action role-playing game set in a massive, open-world populated with interactive characters. With 3D, high-resolution graphics, players will take their hero and travel through interactive environments including coastal villages, caves, and castles completing storyline quests and optional side-quests.
The game's story centers on the machinations of the great Emperor Thalos who ruled a vast swath of the world. Thalos artificially extended his life through magic to grow ever more powerful. His lust for immortality drove him to draw upon the immense power of the Well of Life. Unfortunately, his arcane meddling and unchecked hubris ended up destroying much of the world.
Three hundred years after the devastation that was wrought by Thalos, survivors from the three sentient races (elves, trolls and humans) have forged an alliance, forming the Kingdom of Aralon. Of course, a new evil has surfaced that threatens the fragile kingdom. It is up to you, the hero, to ensure the safety and prosperity of your people.

- This will be an expansive RPG for iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad -
When players start their adventure, they will have the opportunity to select one of three playable races: Human, Elf, or Troll. After selecting a race, players designate one of four classes to their character including Warrior, Rogue, Ranger, and Mage classes, each with its own unique skill tree and stat bonuses.
Further customization options in Aralon: Sword and Shadow come from weapons, shields, and armor sets which, when equipped, automatically alter each character’s appearance. There are hundreds of items to acquire during the adventure throughout the Kingdom of Aralon, including swords, axes, staves, herbs, potions, and magical items.
Battles with enemies will offer various tactics and challenges. Other gameplay options include dual-wielding, joining factions, lock-picking, and using horses as mounts.
With no word on a specific release date, Aralon: Sword and Shadow will hopefully be available for all iOS platforms by the end of this year. Meanwhile, check out the latest trailer below or more of them in our Aralon: Sword and Shadow video section.
