Battleheart is a real-time, tactical strategy, role-playing game from developer Mika Mobile, creators of the hit games Zombieville USA and OMG Pirates! The game is set to hit the App Store this winter season. The upcoming Flash cartoon-inspired game features an innovative control system unlike other games in the genre.

- The undead hordes can't hang with a well-balanced party -
Players control individual party members by “drawing” lines across the environment. Want to fight an enemy? Simply select a character with a tap and proceed to draw a line from him or her to an enemy. During your fantasy adventure, you will come across many enemies who often attack in hordes. With the drawing mechanic, players can assign their heroes to attack different enemies or even gang up on a single target. The intuitive system offers flexibility and strategy during battles.
It wouldn’t be a proper role-playing game without customizable characters, and Battleheart provides plenty of party customization. Players will choose a party of four characters from a selection of eight different classes. Classes revealed so far are the knight, black mage, white mage, and rogue classes. Each class has its individual strengths, weaknesses, and skills. As players level up, they will assign characters with stats based on damage, health, and speed, as well as skills.

- The chibi heroes will still pack a wallop -
Battleheart aims to cast its magic on Apple gamers this December. Keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming review of Battleheart for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad, but in the meantime, you can check out the video below.
