Bit.Trip Series Coming to Nintendo 3DS?

Commander Video, that pixelated, rhythm-savvy hero of Bit.Trip fame is likely making his way to the Nintendo 3DS if a teaser image and a cryptic e-mail sent to Destructoid from Aksys Games is any indication.
According to the Destructoid story, the e-mail simply said "more details coming soon?" and included the following image. Still, the retro, red-blue 3D graphic certainly suggests that a new 3D entry (or perhaps ported versions) of Bit.Trip is in the works for Nintendo 3DS. Picture to follow.
