Runic Games unveiled four races players will encounter in the upcoming Torchlight II for PC and Mac. Unfortunately, these are not playable races, but they do give a nice glimpse into the art design and evolving mythos of the world.

The four revealed races include the Sturmbeornen (bear-like, axe-wielding tanks), the Ezrohir (armor clad souls, fueled by Ember), the Dwarves, and the Varkolyn (deep-dwelling, lizardmen). Last week, six monster types were revealed, from Manticores to Witches, and Spectral Dragons to Yakotaurs.

Runic has promised that tidbits such as these will release to the public every week until E3 2011 rolls around, so expect some cool reveals in the weeks to come.
