Free Special Ops mission coming to Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City on April 10

NEWS | ? Comments |

Author: Peter Grimm

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City releases in North America on March 20 and in Europe on March 23, but that doesn't mean the new content stops there. On April 10, Capcom will take the story of ORC one step further with an all-new downloadable mission.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City free Special Ops mission DLc (Capcom, PC, PS3, Xbox, 360)

As a member of a Spec Ops team, players must make their way into Raccoon City and locate the source of a deadly virus outbreak. In order to do so, players will have to fight off the opposing team from the Umbrella Security Service, while an extra challenge is provided by the zombies and B.O.W.s that they'll have to avoid as well.

The story, set between Resident Evil 2 and 3, will feature moments that are sure to make fans happy, such as a re-visit of Jill Valentine's encounter with Nemesis.

But probably the nicest thing about the new content is that it's free. That way you can kill more dead things at no extra charge. Neat, right?
