Alan Wake developer, Remedy Entertainment, is hiring for next-gen game development

The title pretty much says it all... Remedy Entertainment is hiring talent for development of a next-gen video game property.

While it's probably safe to say that most, if not all, major developers are already preparing for the upcoming generation of home consoles, it's nice to have confirmation from Remedy.

Remedy Entertainment is hiring for next-gen console video game development

Here's what the studio posted on its forum:

"Remedy Entertainment is looking for world-class talent to work on an unannounced project targeted at future generation consoles.

More than 20 new positions will become available within the next few months. The first batch of positions will go live as soon as Friday 30th of March.

Interested in being part of a team on the very brink of creating the games of the future?

Watch this space."

The company is best known this generation for its Microsoft-exclusive Alan Wake franchise, but it also successfully dabbled in iOS development with the battle racer, Death Rally. Also, long-in-the-tooth gamers will remember that the studio was responsible for the first two Max Payne titles. Keen eyes will notice that Remedy mentions "consoles" (plural), so we can expect multi-platform development.
