Sony teases Soul Sacrifice, a mature fantasy-action title for PlayStation Vita
This week, the newest PlayStation Vita title made its debut within the pages of Famitsu. Little was revealed, unfortunately, aside from the fact that the game is called Soul Sacrifice, that it would be Sony's newest first-party title, and that it would feature magicians, monsters, and evolved combat, indicating that it will be some sort of action game.
Fast-forward to yesterday. At that time, the teaser site for the game opened up, featuring a Flash teaser, (don't worry if you can't read Japanese. It comes with English captions). You can click on the link above, or you can take a look at the screen-grabs from the video that we've posted.
More information about Soul Sacrifice will be revealed at the game's official unveiling event that will be held at Tokyo International Forum on May 10. The event will feature a presentation by the developers, though, unfortunately, the game will not be available to try out in demo form.
If you want to attend the event, you'll need to submit your PSN ID at the teaser site. A drawing will take place, and whoever is chosen will be able to attend, while everyone else is left heartbroken. Those who win will be able to bring a guest with them.
For the event, Sony says that it will be giving priority to PlayStation Plus members, but will also have space reserved for regular PSN members as well.
