Journey developer thatgamecompany looking for publisher for next project, which it hopes to reveal this year
Having wrapped up its three-game deal with Sony Computer Entertainment with the hit PSN title Journey, developer thatgamecompany has stated that it is currently looking for a publisher for its fourth game.
Co-founder Jenova Chen spoke to VG247 in an interview on Monday. In regards to potential publishers, he said, "We're very close in figuring out what the next deal is. We're negotiating with various partners, so maybe within the next month, we'll be able to determine which is the [right deal]."

Also, according to Chen, the company plans on announcing the new game before the year is out. "We announced Flower half a year after we launched Flow. We announced Journey half a year after we launched Flower. So hopefully within this year, you'll hear from us about our next game."
Further details about thatgamecompany's next title were not revealed. But, if what Chen said in an interview back in February holds any weight, then it's possible that we may see it on multiple platforms.
