Max Payne 3's Score Attack and New York Minute arcade modes detailed
Rockstar Games provided new details about Max Payne 3 today. These regarded the Arcade Modes that will be included the game's single-player experience. These modes will challenge players to go for as high a score as possible, and then surpass that score (as well as the scores of their friends).
There will be two of these modes: Score Attack, where you can replay any completed level from the game's story mode with the single goal of scoring points by hitting and killing enemies; and the fan-favorite New York Minute from the previous Max Payne games, which places one minute on the timer and rewards you additional time every time you kill an enemy.
Aside from pursuing the highest score, success in these modes will result in such goodies such as XP benefits and exclusive avatars for the game's multiplayer mode. These avatars include Fabiana Branco, Passos, and more.
Max Payne 3 will release on May 15 for the PS3 and Xbox 360, and on May 29 on PC.
