CD Projekt RED dates its annual summer conference; major announcement coming from The Witcher dev

At last year's CD Projekt RED summer conference, we were given an in-depth look at the Xbox 360 version of The Witcher 2. This year, the development team from Warsaw will make a "major announcement... and also reveal a lot of other information concerning its products and the DRM-free distribution platform GOG.com."
Just over a week ago, we learned that CD Projekt RED is currently hiring talent to help the developer create a brand new RPG in an entirely new setting; something that will jive with the Witcher faithful but act as an alternative to that dark fantasy world.
For those of you interested in viewing the announcements as they happen, CD Projekt RED will stream the conference live on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 5:00 PM GMT (10:00 AM PDT) through the official The Witcher Facebook page.
