Fire Emblem: Awakening not coming to 3DS until 2013
Nintendo and Intelligent Systems' turn-based, strategic RPG franchise, Fire Emblem, won't see its next entry in the series until "next year," says J.C. Rodrigo, Nintendo Tree House member (R&D think-tank at Nintendo of America).

As previously confirmed, Fire Emblem for 3DS, currently known as Fire Emblem: Awakening, will have DLC support through the Nintendo eShop. The extent to which the game will be supported post-launch is still unclear.
