Nintendo nails down Pokémon Black and White 2's release date for Europe and North America
I'll admit, even though I've not yet gotten the chance to play either Pokémon Black or White, I love the idea of both – and the concept of the sequel, where your character from the first game serves as the final boss of the second (which, depending on how much grinding/breeding you did, could be a downright terrifying concept).
For those of you still eagerly awaiting the sequel titles, I've some good news and some bad news. The good news is that Nintendo has officially announced a release date for the titles. The bad news is that date is still several months away. Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 will both hit store shelves on October 7, 2012 in North America and October 12, 2012 in Europe. They'll release simultaneously with Pokémon Dream Radar (which will be on sale in the 3DS eShop). Dream Radar will serve as an ARG that lets you capture rare Pokémon through a series of shooting challenges.
