Fan-favorite Nuketown map gets re-tooled for 21st Century warfare in Call of Duty: Black Ops II
For many, the Nuketown map was where the best action was at in Call of Duty: Black Ops' multiplayer mode. Activision is aware of this, and, in an attempt to please the fans, Treyarch will be bringing Nuketown back for Black Ops II this fall, under the new name "Nuketown 2025".
The downloadable map, which has been reimagined for the sequel's 21st Century setting, will be a bonus for those who pre-order the game at participating retailers worldwide (so if you miss your chance to get the map, it will be entirely your fault).

"Multiplayer fans of Call of Duty: Black Ops LOVE Nuketown," said Mark Lamia, head of development at Treyarch. "Flat out, Nuketown was a blast to play before, and we're excited about the reimagined Nuketown 2025 in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. We can't wait to play with everyone come this November."
The Nuketown 2025 map will be available for download when Call of Duty: Black Ops II launches on November 13. If you still have questions regarding it, feel free to jump to the newly-prepared FAQ page via the link below.
