Activision creating an FPS version of The Walking Dead
While little is known just yet as to what the game will entail, we do know that players will take on the role of Daryl Dixon, accompanied by his brother Merle, whilst making their way to Atlanta in the days and weeks following the zombie outbreak.
According to an IGN report, Activision has stated that "No place is truly safe" in the game, and that players will have to use a mix of stealth and action abilities in order to make their way through the Georgia countryside. Also, scarcity of resources will be a major factor with which players must contend.
What's more, players will be confronted time and again by other survivors; some of them are helpful, some will be useful, and others will be dangerous. Apparently, decisions made by players will constantly affect the game.
The Walking Dead Videogame will release for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 sometime in 2013. Check out the official site for a video... it seems like it's down, but stay with it!
