Battlefield 4 confirmed; get beta access through Medal of Honor: Warfighter Limited Edition
In an announcement that surprises no one, today EA has announced the existence of Battlefield 4. What is surprising is that it was announced through it's beta being included with Medal of Honor Warfighter's Limited Edition.
Despite the enticing announcement of the Fall 2013 beta being included with the October 23 release of MOH Warfighter, EA is keeping quiet about anymore concerning the title, instead pointing to Battlefield 3's current success.
Aside from the announcement of the Battlefield 4 beta, Medal of Honor Warfighter's Limited Edition includes unlocks for special weapons that would take roughly 40 hours of gameplay to use.
"Though Battlefield and Medal of Honor Warfighter each offer plays a completely unique experience, they are united by their underlying technology base - Frostbite" Says Frank Gibeau, President of EA Labels. Does this mean that EA is planning on releasing titles in each series on a bi-annual basis?
Speculate away, and be sure to check out the multiplayer developer diary below for more info on MOH Warfighter.
