Assassin's Creed III to get a slew of DLC and a Season Pass, according to leaked letter
While it's setting itself up to be a huge game on its own, it looks like Assassin's Creed III will be getting even bigger in… um… a big way through the wonderful world of DLC.
According to Kotaku, Ubisoft sent out a note to GameStop stores, a note which commended them for getting enough people to pre-order the game and meeting their quota. But once the back-patting is done with, the info worthy of this news article was revealed.

The letter says that Ubisoft has formed a team designed specifically to develop post-release DLC for Assassin's Creed III. It appears that this team will be cranking out a good amount of content, as the letter goes on to say that Ubisoft is working on implementing some kind of “Season Pass” that will, I assume, allow gamers to buy all of it at once for a discounted price.
Sadly, no mention is made of what kind of DLC to expect, as well as whether or not it will be exclusive to either single-player or multiplayer. And until we hear official word from Ubisoft on the letter's validity, take this report with a grain of salt.
Stay tuned to GameDynamo as this story develops.
