New Mass Effect 3 ‘Leviathan’ DLC announced; Wii U version will launch with console
Hey look, Mass Effect 3’s getting new DLC! Its name is ‘Leviathan’.
Originally discovered through leaked files that had been extracted from ME3’s Extended Cut DLC and later hinted at during Comic-Con, the new content was officially announced at EA’s summer showcase yesterday.
According to the publisher, the DLC will come with more new story content, revolving around Commander Shepard’s mission to solve the mystery behind a fabled, Reaper-slaying being known as the Leviathan.

Beyond that, details are scarce. We’ll know more about the Leviathan DLC as we get closer to its release, which is slated to be sometime this summer for PS3, X360, and PC.
Along with news regarding Leviathan, EA also confirmed that the Wii U version of Mass Effect 3 will launch with the console (too bad we still don’t know when that is). In addition, the Wii U version will include a digital motion comic, just like the one that came with Mass Effect 2 on the PlayStation 3. This comic will give players the option to makes that will affect the history of their Shepards.
