New God of War and inFAMOUS compilations to release alongside Ratchet & Clank Collection
If you've been following us for the last few months, then you should know that the Ratchet & Clank Collection, which brings all of that series' PS2 titles onto one disc in HD, will be released on August 28. Turns out, though, that it won't be the only collection released that day.
Apparently not content releasing just one HD collection, Sony Computer Entertainment has announced that it will be releasing collections for God of War and inFAMOUS, entitled the God of War Saga and the inFAMOUS Collection, respectively.
Here's the lowdown on what to expect from each one.

Of the two, the God of War Saga is definitely the most loaded, featuring five (five!) whole games (GoW I-III and PSP titles Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta), all remastered in HD. While that alone would make for a hefty package, the GoW Saga also comes with a load of exclusive bonus content, as well as support for PSN Trophy support, 3D (but only for GoW III and the PSP titles), and, as a nice touch, a voucher for a one-month trial of PlayStation Plus.
The inFAMOUS Collection (or should it be "Cole-lection", get it?) may be nowhere near as packed as the God of War Saga, but it still has plenty to offer. Aside from inFAMOUS, inFAMOUS 2, and the latter's Festival of Blood DLC pack, fans will have access to extra missions and additional costumes, power-ups, and weapon styles.
As mentioned before, the two collections will be released on August 28 alongside the Ratchet & Clank Collection. All three will be available at retailers and the PlayStation Store for the starting price of $29.99.
