OUYA console is surprisingly compact; will feature XBMC open source media player
There's less than 40 hours left to go in the OUYA Kickstarter campaign (which has already raised well over its target amount, anyway) and the OUYA team has released a bit more information on the console, and how the final product is going to look.
First up, it's small; much, much smaller than anyone really expected. The final product actually doesn't look all that much larger than, say, a can of pop. Look for yourself.

Second, after repeated requests to include some form of media player in the console, the OUYA team has delivered, announcing that they've partnered with XBMC—an award-winning, open source media player.
In addition, they've partnered with TuneIn, a free Internet radio service with over 70,000 stations and two million programs from across two hundred thirty countries and territories.
Finally, they're planning on unveiling a new website to serve as the central locale for all your OUYA-related needs once their campaign closes, located at www.ouya.tv.
