Ubisoft is trying to rekindle the Splinter Cell magic with Blacklist. While we got a nice feel for the game at E3 2012 during the Microsoft media event, as well as on the showfloor, we've finally been given more to gawk at thanks to the Gamescom asset drop.

Below you'll find a spankin' new Splinter Cell: Blacklist screenshot in addition to a quite lengthy gameplay demo video first shown at E3 2012.

In the trailer, lasting nearly 11 minutes, we get an in-depth look at what SCBL will offer when it drops in Q2 2013. The voice you'll hear is that of the game's Creative Director Maxime Beland, so get comfy and hang on!
