When developers let us know that a trailer for one of their games is over a week away, we usually file the information away as inconsequential inbox filler (aka industry spam).
However, when that developer is Rockstar Games, and the game happens to be Grand Theft Auto V, the "news" deserves a post even though it's short on facts. So, with out further lead-in...
GTA V trailer #2 will release on November 14, 2012 and can be seen through the link below, or by checking back with GameDynamo, of course.
