Some Call of Duty: Black Ops II installation discs for PC contain Mass Effect 2 files

Watching the video below, one thing is very, very clear: somewhere along the line, somebody goofed. The user who posted it clearly inserted disc 2 for Call of Duty: Black Ops II into his laptopThat also clearly wasn't the game he wound up with. Somehow, his second installation disc had the install files for Electronic Arts' / Bioware's Mass Effect 2 on it, rather than the original game.

Wait, what?

Some Call of Duty: Black Ops II installation discs for PC contain Mass Effect 2 files

It seems fairly probable, given that the two games are from two entirely different organizations, that the mix-up didn't happen on the developer or publisher end. It's also likely that the retailer didn't have anything to do with it. That only leaves whoever was responsible for distribution. In other words, we'll have to look to whatever facility was responsible for manufacturing the game discs. We currently have no idea what happened, whether or not it was deliberate, or how widespread the problem currently is.

All we know is that there's at least one guy who didn't get to play Black Ops II on release.

CAUTION: The following video contains strong language... lots of F-bombs!
