Ubisoft announces The Hidden Secrets pack for Assassin's Creed III
Ubisoft announced that Assassin's Creed III's first DLC pack, titled 'The Hidden Secrets' is now available to owners of the ACIII Season Pass for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Everyone else, luckily, won't have to wait long, as the DLC will be available for all X360, PS3, and PC users everywhere on December 11. The DLC will also be available for Wii U, just at a later date.
So what kind of DLC adventure awaits, you may ask? Well, to answer that, The Hidden Secrets DLC adds three extra missions to Assassin's Creed III. These missions, which take players to a wide variety of settings ranging from Mayan ruins to the high seas, add about an hour to the game's shelf life, and success in these missions will rewarded with new game items and costumes.
The Hidden Secrets pack is just the first of the five DLC packs that the 'Assassin's Creed III Season Pass' will let fans access early. Among the future packs is the episodic "The Tyranny of King Washington" single-player campaign, which tells of an alternate, post-American Revolution history where George Washington becomes a tyrannical king; and the "The Battle Hardened" pack, which, Ubisoft promises, will feature "an even more expansive multiplayer experience."
A price for The Hidden Secrets pack as a standalone add-on was not revealed, though it shouldn't be too long before we know.
