Resident Evil 6 for PC to get exclusive mode; all platforms set for Siege mode
Capcom confirmed today that the PC version of Resident Evil 6 will get a new and exclusive mode, The Mercenaries: No Mercy, when it hits digital retail on Friday, March 22, 2013.
The Mercenaries: No Mercy "takes fan favorite The Mercenaries and ramps up the gameplay to 11" with tons more enemies on screen for more challenge bigger combo opportunities.
While No Mercy is a PC exclusive, all owners of Resident Evil 6 will have access to the fourth additional mode, Siege in March for 320 MSPoints/$3.99/€3.99/£3.19. Siege is an online multiplayer mode for two to six players that has players help an AI-controlled BSAA rookie. This attack and defend mode splits players into two teams. The first team controls enemy creatures, while the other team tries to hold off the threat. After the first round, team roles switch. The humans win if the rookie survives.
