Kingdom Hearts voice actor teases work on the 'next chapter' of the series
Fans of Kingdom Hearts, of the character Roxas, and/or of Jesse McCartney (voice actor for Roxas), should be excited to know that he’s at work on… something Kingdom Hearts-related.
On his Instagram account, McCartney posted the image below of a recording booth with a screen showing Roxas, as well as a caption that read, “For all you ‘Kingdom Hearts‘ Fans. Recording the next chapter!” The image was eventually deleted from the account, probably at Square Enix’s request since they have yet to announce a new Kingdom Hearts game.
So it’s pretty much certain that McCartney is working on a KH project. But what? Odds are that the game he is doing voice work for is the upcoming HD rerelease collection Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix (more on that here). But until we get some confirmation, there is room for speculation on what the project could be. Kingdom Hearts III, perhaps?
What do you guys think it could be? Feel free to discuss it in the comment box below.
