Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag sets sail; official confirmation and key art revealed

NEWS | ? Comments |

Author: JC Marx

Unconfirmed reports that Ubisoft's next Assassin's Creed game is headed to the 18th century Caribbean with a heavy emphasis on pirates have been proven true. Ubisoft today announced that Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is headed to PC, PS3, Wii U, and Xbox 360 .

We expect the game to launch on all systems in Q4 2013; most likely late October or early November (a good two weeks before Call of Duty). While not official, it is likely the PS4 will also get its own version as a launch title. The same would be true for the next Xbox if it is headed to retail for holiday 2013.

That's enough speculation for one article. Enjoy the key art they sent us, and let us know what you think of high-seas adventure in the AC universe!
