New sales on the Xbox and PlayStation Stores cut prices on Fallout 4, Metal Gear Solid V and more
Hey there, frugal-minded gamers. I got a Public Service Announcement that will get your appetite for discounts whetted. Read on!
Still reading? Excellent. Especially so if you’re an Xbox gamer, for today marks the start of week 2 of the Xbox Store’s massive Countdown sale, which, in a nutshell, means discounts between 10-80% on dozens of games, including current-gen hits like Fallout 4, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege.
Xbox 360 owners will also be treated to deals on games like Alien: Isolation, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Burnout Paradise and more. The discounts are particularly big for older games, so now may be good time to give a more vintage title a try.
As the headline above spoiled, you PlayStation gamers reading this won’t be left out of the deals. This day, the PlayStation Store’s ongoing Holiday Sale has reshuffled its selection of reduced-priced games, with 10-70% cuts to the price tags of games such as Fallout 4, Bloodborne and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, in addition to plenty more in the way of indie-flavored fare. These discounts will last until January 5.
I’ll spare you guys from further chatter on my part, so as to let you get to checking out the deals in full via the source links below.
