Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios' (SCE WWS) southernmost outpost is SD Studio in San Diego, CA. It's home to the creators of MLB 08: The Show, the longest-running officially licensed Major League Baseball game series on the PlayStation system, PAIN and High Velocity Bowling - available exclusively for the PlayStation Network.

Games developed at SD Studio have all been acclaimed for their sense of realism and graphic representation.

SD Studio shares its campus with SCE's Motion Capture facility, the second largest of its kind in North America and utilised globally for SCE WWS games and also the movie industry.

SCE WWS in North America also has some of the best audio facilities in the industry.
