Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) was an off-shoot of Sony Computer Entertainment America, but is now under SCEI. SOE focuses on delivering onling gaming to PC and Sony gaming platforms. The company is behind the incredibly successful EverQuest franchise, establishing themselves as a premiere publisher of MMO experiences.
SOE develops and publishes games for PC, Sony consoles and handhelds, as well as for wireless. SOE has its headquarters San Diego, CA, with additional development studios in Austin, TX, Seattle, WA, and Taiwan.
