DoubleTap Games was formed in late 2008 by a veteran squad from Helixe; a former THQ studio. The studio is based in Boston, Massachussetts.

While the studio has concentrated mainly on bringing licensed titles to the Nintendo DS, they've also branched out onto Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii.
