Silicon Knights
Description:
Silicon Knights is a Canadian video game developer formed in July, 1992 after the company's first game, Cyber Empires, was published throughout Europe and North America.
After Dark Legions, Fantasy Empires, and the very successful Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, the company entered into an exclusivity agreement with Nintendo and created Eternal Darkness as well as a special edition of Metal Gear Solid for GameCube.
In 2004, Silicon Knights parted ways with Nintendo and reclaimed its independence.
