Kalypso Media ha anunciado hoy que el juego de Spectral Games, Global Ops: Commando Libya llegará a PC en Europa el 20 de septiembre de 2011, y llegará a las tiendas de todo el mundo a principios de 2012.
Este shooter en tercera persona cuenta la historia de un bombardero B-52G y de carga perdida: una cabeza termonuclear. La bomba ha estado desaparecida desde 1968, y ahora un jefe de la mafia rusa se propone vender el arma a "un dictador libio notorio". Abarcando diversos ámbitos en Groenlandia y el norte de África, los jugadores hacen su camino a través de 9 misiones en un solo jugador y tienen acceso a un extenso, modo de 10 jugadores en modo multijugador competitivo en 6 de mapas.

Third-person shooter planned for an early 2012 release on Windows PC
Ridgewood, NJ, September 6, 2011 - Kalypso Media USA is pleased to announce an additional co-publishing deal with bitComposer Games to publish Global Ops: Commando Libya for Windows PC. Global Ops: Commando Libya is a third-person shooter that sets players on a mission to recover a nuclear warhead before it is sold to terrorist factions. The game will feature an extensive nine-mission single-player campaign and online competitive play.

Present Day - The notorious Russian Mafia boss and weapons dealer, Yebievdenko, has a new toy for sale: an atom bomb. The CIA learns of his plans to sell it to a notorious Libyan dictator. The fear is that it will be used to in a terrorist attack against the USA as payback for the American involvement in the Libyan conflict.
In development by Spectral Games, Global Ops: Commando Libya is a third-person shooter that puts players at the heart of a global race to capture a nuclear warhead that’s been stolen by Russian organized crime, and get it back into safe hands before it becomes a terrorist weapon. Players will take part in a deadly global chase -- battling through Greenland and into North Africa as they fight to take down terrorist forces and recapture the devastating weapon.
