Square Enix confirmó hoy que The 3rd Birthday -- la última entrega de la saga de Parasite Eve -- llegará a la PSP o PlayStation Portable el 29 de marzo de 2011 en Norteamérica y el 1 de abril de 2011 en todos los territorios PAL.
Además de las fechas de lanzamiento firmes, la edición limitada "Twisted Edition" de The 3rd Birthday también ha sido detallada para los consumidores europeos. Aquellos que compren la edición limitada recibirán un libro exclusivo de tapa dura, dos litografías de Aya Brea, trajes de Aya Brea para DISSIDIA 012 [duodecim] Final Fantasy y un cupón con el 50% de descuento para descargar la versión digital de Final Fantasy II a través de PlayStation Network.

SQUARE ENIX ANNOUNCES The 3rd Birthday RELEASE DATE
London (24 February 2011) – Square Enix Ltd., the publisher of SQUARE ENIX® interactive entertainment products in Europe and other PAL territories, today announces The 3rd Birthday® will be released as a special TWISTED EDITION retail pack featuring a number of exclusive items, available across Europe and PAL territories exclusively for the PSP® (PlayStation® Portable) from 1st April, 2011.
In addition to the game, the TWISTED EDITION retail pack will include a copy of CTI Confidential – an exclusive 44 page hardback book packed with top secret artwork and concept illustrations; two deluxe Aya Brea Lithograph art prints; an exclusive Lightning in Aya Brea costume for use in the forthcoming PSP release DISSIDIA® 012[duodecim]™ FINAL FANTASY®; and a voucher offering the user a 50% saving on the purchase of the forthcoming release of FINAL FANTASY II when downloaded from PlayStation® Network.
