Aksys Games was founded by Akibo Shieh and a small group of talented videogame professionals as a localization company specializing in Japanese-to-English translation of games and anime. Some of our clientele include well-known game publishers Namco Bandai, XSEED, and Atlus USA.

On July 14, 2006, they became a full-fledged game publisher with the announcement of Eagle Eye Golf for the PlayStation 2. They are now committed to publishing unique, high-quality interactive entertainment on all current platforms from Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony.
